可根据客户需求，订制烘箱及工位长度。
SD-969NIR-A type Rotary soften production line, is invented with the concept of lean production. It changes the linear way of production into a rotary type, which greatly saves space and improves production efficiency. Its high-end technologies such as low glare penetration near infrared, orange peel lampshade, automatic closing door greatly enhances heating speed, light source usage, and eliminates heat loss. It is suitable for the group production mode.
Length of Oven and work place can be customized.

A、廻转式设计，大大节省空间。
B、双层设计采用隔离方式，配合贴底作业处理，上胶、组合等流程设计，提高工作效率，节省人力。
C、上层采用托盘式，下层采用可调距鞋楦架设计。
D、采用NIR低炫光渗透近红外线灯管加热，配合热风循环，升温速度快，
温度稳定精准。（温度开启约40s-50s可快速达到设定值温度）
E、工作位采用封闭式自动门设计，完全杜绝热风的流失，节能环保。
F、采用特制橘皮纹高反射灯罩，大大提高了光源使用率，缩短烘干时间，
更加节能。
G、本机配备刷胶机及下抽风系统，使作业空间空气更环保。
